Since 1998, Eye Spy Optical has been providing custom, colorful, handmade eyewear, and expert guidance in a living-room atmosphere. We specialize in outfitting customers with specs that are a bit out-of-the-ordinary, frequently placing custom orders for the *perfect* frame. As a result, Eye Spy was voted “Best Eyewear Shop” by the Chicago Reader in 2019 & 2009 and NewCity Magazine in 1999, 2006 & 2011!

  • Where is the store based?

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Not yet.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped, domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive. We use UPS to ship our handmade frames. If you special order a custom frame, the delivery time will be longer. We do NOT ship internationally at this time.

  • Can you put prescription lenses into my frames?

    Sure! We just need a valid prescription and a measurement or two in order to make your lenses just right. Please contact us at: [email protected] for more details.

  • Are other colors available that are not shown?

    All of our frames are available in a ton of colors! If you have your heart set on a specific frame or color, please let us know and we will email you other color options.

  • What is Storenvy?
